Tenants pay for all utilities, including water & cable, sprinklers & general maintenance, which includes maintaining the yard (mowing, trimming, weeding), and snow removal. RENTER'S INSURANCE is mandatory. Absolutely no smoking or pets (Non-Negotiable), please don't waste our time.
