Please note that the property is directly off I-80, which provides incredible access but may result in associated traffic noise, though it is muted inside the home. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $15 per hour past or before the indicated departure or arrival time, with 24 hours advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour. For guests staying longer than 15 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee will be assessed and must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in. For guests staying longer than 30 days, property evaluation walkthroughs will be scheduled every 30 days. Garbage must be bagged, and recycling is not available. A $30 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing. No firing of weapons of any kind is allowed on the property, and no tents are allowed per subdivision rules. Only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons, and all fires must be fully extinguished with water after use. Directly off the main floor is a private office with closing doors, ideal for remote work and longer stays. This home does not allow pets. The property has 7 bed spots available, with 2 additional spots available on the sofabed, allowing for a total of 9 guests.
