Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee, and a lost parking pass is $250.
