No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee, and a lost parking pass is $250. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
