What's great about our Townhome End Unit 1853. Our homes are not not like a lot of newer places just rows of them no personality. We have backyards where you can barbeque, and an area your children can play games and sports on the grass, and a playground. We are close to Hill Airforce Base, restaurants, fast-food, local airport and grocery stores. The monthly rent includes water, sewer, and garbage, other places charge you for that. We have garage for two small cars, and parking pass for your friends to park while visiting you. A unfinished basement most other townhomes don't a basement that can be used for storage or another room. We are the owners/managers we care about you and fix things right away when needed. You live on a private road where its safer for children. You will live with a mix of retired, single and families that all respect each other. Your deposit is fully refundable, when leave the place like you rented minus a little wear and tear. WE can rent the home 8 month or 18 months. You can occupy April or May 2026. We prefer no pets , but if you have one and if works out for both of us you can have a pet.
