Property Id: 2379675 We built our dream home in 2022 and we have loved it so much. It is a 4 bed 3 full bath house with a 2 car garage. Perfect for a family because the school bus stop is literally as close as it gets just right out the front door. Rent is $2500 plus a flat rate of $200 for utilities that includes electric (solar panels) gas, water garbage and fiber optic WiFi. We ask for a 1 month deposit. Total monthly cost would be $2700. We would like to start with a year lease starting in March or April, But we are flexible and easy to work with. It is a on a 1/2 acre lot with a large back yard with grass, a concrete fireplace/party pad. You would be sharing the backyard. There are no drugs, alcohol or smoking/vaping allowed on the property. We will be moving into the basement and would be sharing the back yard with us. We have 4 kids under 7 and a mini golden doodle puppy. It is a beautiful space and the neighborhood is incredible. Definitely one of the safest and most family friendly places
