Uncovered parking is available in the driveway for a maximum of 2 cars. A well-behaved pet may be considered with a $500 pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent and a $2,200.00 security deposit due prior to moving in. Available for 12-month+ lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: phone (optional), and cable TV as well as remove snow from their portion of driveway & deck. For a 12+ lease the resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
