This charming home offers a perfect blend of contemporary design and rustic charm, featuring three cozy bedrooms and an open living area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Unwind in the open-concept living area with a cozy fireplace. Each of the three bedrooms features gel hybrid foam mattresses, bamboo sheets, and down-alternative pillows for ultimate comfort. The bathrooms are stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and fresh towels. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Enjoy a private, fully fenced yard exclusively for guests, complete with a patio and barbecue grill, and a swing set. An extended gravel driveway accommodates up to eight vehicles, including trailers, toy haulers, and trucks. Parking is available in the west side driveway only, with enough space for 5 vehicles. Located just a short walk from the town center and outdoor activities, this home is perfect for a peaceful and active getaway. It's situated directly across from the high school’s athletic facilities, including a running track, football field, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, and a soccer field. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises; a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property is pet friendly, pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Service animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to a $15 per hour fee past or before the indicated departure or arrival time, with 24 hours advance notice required. If not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time. For guests staying longer than 15 days, an additional fee will be assessed of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee. Extended Stay Cleaning Fee must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. For guests staying longer than 30 days, property evaluation walkthroughs will be scheduled by the property manager every 30 days. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing.
