Private landlord, we live less than ten minutes away and this is our only rental. Part of a small (10 unit) HOA that will take care of all the exterior maintenance, including lawn mowing and snow removal. Two assigned parking spaces (one covered) Rent also includes water/sewer/trash. Has a very small semi-private green space in back you can enjoy, but it is not fenced. One small animal will be considered with extra cleaning fee and pet rent. HOA does not allow more than one animal. Great location on the East side of Millcreek, with Brickyard shopping, St Mark’s Hospital, Millcreek Commons, I-80, and more less than five minutes away. Must pass credit and background checks, and comply with the HOA’s community rules. First and last month’s rent and deposit due at signing.
