Hello! We are looking for somebody chill to rent our upstairs corner bedroom.
YOUR SPACE: The room is 9.5ft x 11.5ft, not furnished (empty), and you get your own bathroom across the hall.
COMMON AREAS: kitchen/dining, living, laundry, and large creek-side yard with mature trees.
PARKING: There is plenty of on-street parking as well as a dedicated spot in the driveway for your car specifically.
ROOMMATES (2): There are a total of 2 people you would be sharing the common areas with. My husband and I - we live in the master bedroom. We like movies, tv, books, board games, and all things nerdy.
PETS (2) :We have two cats and are open to having a third cat in the house if properly introduced.
UTILITIES: All utilities (including high-speed wireless internet Google fiber) are INCLUDED at the $650/month rate.
LEASE DETAILS: We like to keep it month to month for flexibility of both the tenant and property manager. Most of our tenants have stayed for 3-4 years.
