Room is located on the second floor, and has a shared bathroom with 2 other housemates. It has hardwood floors and a north facing window. For reference, the bed in the pictures is a queen. There is a window AC unit provided with the room. $1000 per month: Unfurnished 135 sq ft (9x15 ft) bedroom with a built-in closet in the basement. Has an attached private bath (8.5x6 ft). I'm also willing to rent out the private use of the 282 sq ft basement living room (12x23.5 ft) and negotiate the additional cost. The bath, bedroom, and living room makes up the entire basement. The entrance is in the main floor living room. We have a Washer and Dryer, Furnished Living room, Kitchen, Dining room, and another Living room in the basement.
