Rent is $1500 + $200 fee for utilities (includes internet) for a fixed total of $1700 per month. Our month-to-month Contract guarantees a fixed rental rate for the first 24 months. Private entry with Large full light windows in family room, kitchen and bedrooms combined with nine-foot ceilings make this basement apartment feel like main-floor living. Large kitchen with lots of upgrades: granite counter tops, stone sink, kitchen pantry, and wanes coating. Tile surround in bathroom, large washer and dryer, coffer ceiling in family room, ceiling fans in bedrooms, canned lighting in kitchen and family room with auto sensors. Master bedroom has his/her closet. Radiant heat keeps temperature uniform and cozy throughout the winter. Window AC unit for the summer, Roxul sound insulation between floor joists plus two layers of sheet rock separated by RC channel keeps living space private.
