Guests can enjoy shared exterior spaces, including a hot tub, cowboy pool (seasonal), BBQ, hammocks, pavilion, lounge chairs/couches, cornhole, horseshoes, shared washer and dryer and bikes to borrow. Ample parking is available for cars, boats, or trailers, with your main spot right in front of your unit. An EV charging station is located around the corner. Pets are welcome with a fee of $10 per pet, per day. Step outside your door to discover local cafes, unique shops, and restaurants within a short walk. Perfectly situated for day trips to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, Peek-A-Boo & Spooky Slot Canyons, Toadstool Hoodoos Trailhead, and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Other nearby adventures include The Wave, Buckskin Gulch, Wire Pass Trailhead, White Pocket, Paria Canyon, and Kanab Creek Wilderness. This is a historic property with thin walls, and you may occasionally hear other guests outside. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. This is a charming, budget-friendly space, not a luxury property.
