If you’re looking to live in a brand-new apartment in a secluded, safe neighborhood, this is the spot for you. Inside a beautiful modern home, this basement was just completely redone with new walls, paints, carpet and a brand-new kitchen added. There are two bedrooms with sliding mirrored doors a dining area, two storage closets, your own private driveway, a separate entrance and lots of light. There are washer and dryer hook-ups available. The monthly rent includes utilities. We are surrounded by the lovely Oakridge Country Club and are very close to the 89 and I-15 entrances. The neighborhood is very friendly, quiet and safe. We will start out with a month-to-month lease and if we like you we will sign a longer lease :) Important notes: - No pets. Please don’t ask, we aren’t going to change our mind. - We live upstairs and we have two children. You will probably hear them from time to time. - We have two dogs. There is a chance that you may meet them in the yard when entering your apartment. They are friendly, but you do need to be okay with encountering dogs. - Our main water shut off and utility room are downstairs. We will need to access these from time to time and in case of emergency. - This basement has flooded in the past. We have several flood safeguards and alarms that you will need to inform us about if they go off. - The kitchen sink is on a pump drain system. You cannot put food items down this drain. Period. - We will not be giving tours of this apartment unless you have completed the application.
