The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen is set up for group cooking and shared meals, featuring ample counter space, multiple refrigerators, and dining areas designed for gathering. For downtime, enjoy the private theater-style living area and a huge game room featuring a pool table, foosball, air hockey, board games, and cornhole. Outdoor entertaining includes a hot tub overlooking 180° Utah Valley and mountain views, a private sauna, a large deck, a BBQ grill, and patio seating. Garage and driveway parking are available, with space in the garage for storing skis and outdoor gear. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. This home offers an ideal balance of mountain access and city convenience, making it a perfect base for ski trips, outdoor adventures, and group getaways. It is conveniently located with easy access to mountains, hiking trails, and ski resorts. This property is in a quiet family neighborhood and meant for small family gatherings and quiet retreats. Parties or boisterous events are not allowed at the home. No smoking or vaping is permitted on this 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) incur a pet fee. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in/late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability and a fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, with all audio and noise levels kept at a minimum.
