The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen is set up for group cooking and shared meals, with ample counter space, multiple refrigerators, and dining areas designed for gathering. A full-size washer and dryer are available, making extended stays and large-group travel easy and convenient. Outdoor entertaining is impressive with a hot tub overlooking 180° Utah Valley and mountain views, a private sauna, a large deck, a BBQ grill, and patio seating for dining or relaxing. Garage and driveway parking are available, with space in the garage for storing skis and outdoor gear. A pet-friendly policy is in place, allowing pets at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Service animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. This home offers an ideal balance of mountain access and city convenience, making it a perfect base for ski trips, outdoor adventures, and group getaways. Parties or boisterous events are not allowed. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to cleaning team availability and incur a fee of $15 per hour past or before the indicated departure or arrival time. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour past the indicated check-out time. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest.
