Guests will have full private access to their side of the duplex, including all bedrooms. This home includes a 2-car garage and a BBQ area. Approved pets are welcome with a pet fee that can be found in the listing, and ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets.
