Nice, clean & quiet remodeled 2 bed 1 bath MIL basement apartment with separate entrance, full kitchen, common area and extra room for storage, office or exercise room and off-street parking. Nobody has lived in this space yet since it was remodeled. This is on a quiet street in lower Cottonwood Heights with private entry, good natural lighting, washer & dryer hookups, new flooring and paint. 15 minutes from the mouth of Big & Little Cottonwood canyons, half-mile from the upper Crestwood Park trailhead with trails through open space along Little Cottonwood creek. Two people and two cars maximum. Unfortunately no pets in this space. I have a sweet old dog but the apartment is not very well suited for pets. Prefer the use of non-chemical cleaning materials only please. Owner pays for sewer, garbage & utilities but asks that water, gas & electric be used responsibly/conservatively. No smoking of any substances, including incense. I love animals but unfortunately pets are not allowed only because the basement apartment space is not that suitable for being a great pet home. 6-month minimum lease contract. First + Last month rent + $1000 security deposit.
