The kitchen faces the backyard and has double french doors that open onto a wooden deck. There is also a separate washer/dryer room with its own utility sink. (Washer and dryer not included) There is a 2-car garage and the backyard is fully fenced for pets/privacy. The spacious front yard sits on a corner lot. Security deposit: $2800 for credit scores 675 and above additional security deposits for lower credit scores. Animals: Various dog breeds are allowed, with owner approval only, and will result in an additional $350 (non-refundable) added to the security deposit plus $75 (for one dog) added to the monthly rent. Renters may be approved for two dogs, with an additional $110 added to the monthly rent. NO CATS ALLOWED. Decisions are based on credit scores and on 1 primary income. Owner requires a 12 month lease minimum. This house will not be sold out from under your rental contract :). There are currently people living in the home and showings must be coordinated in advance.
