921 Ashley Cir Rental

We are looking for someone to rent a private, unfurnished room in our home. The room is large (12x14ft) with a double closet (12x2ft). A garage parking space is available for an additional fee or driveway parking is available. The bathroom is shared. The house is fully furnished and includes two large, shared gathering areas and a spacious kitchen. The rest of the house is shared with a married couple and one other man. The bathroom is shared with the one man. All the occupants are in their late 20s to early 30s. We all have various outdoor hobbies such as hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, and snowboarding. The deposit is $600 ($500 refundable) and utilities are roughly $110/month (split 4-ways) with some seasonal fluctuations. We share dishes, cookware, and the cost of basic, shared household resources such as paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. These items are included in utilities. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Bountiful, and offers beautiful views of the valley. It also has a large yard with a patio and fire pit. We are 5 min from a grocery store, 5 min from Mueller Park Canyon, 20 min from downtown Salt Lake City. My husband and I live upstairs with a small, non-shedding, elderly dog. Unfortunately, no other pets will be allowed. My parents (the homeowners) visit roughly one weekend per month, and have a dedicated space upstairs.
