Property Id: 2667124 Looking for a working professional male roommate preferably age 25 or older (with some experience living on their own.) Must be clean, respectful, responsible, and LGBTQ friendly. Private room and private bathroom available in my 3 bed / 3 bath townhome in east Bluffdale. Bedroom is roughly 12' x 13’. In the attached floor plan the room for rent is labeled ‘Bedroom 2’. It's a "master bedroom" in that it has it's own bath only accessible via the bedroom but it's not the largest/master in the house. This end-unit townhome has lots of natural light, 3rd-floor laundry, large living room, large great room, etc. The neighborhood includes walking trails and a large park with pickleball courts, skate park, and bike park. Other details: - Utilities are an additional $150/month. Total rent + utilities = $750/month - Renter’s insurance is required. - Garage parking is available for an extra $30/month. Garage will accommodate most cars but not some larger vehicles (i.e. certain trucks or SUVs). - This is a six-month lease. - No other roommates (only 2 people living here, including you.) About me: I’m a single professional male and I often work from home. I use the third bedroom as my office. Text me if interested.
