I have never once raised rent on someone after move in and do not plan to. I am looking for someone with the standards of an LDS young single adult. The standards include: clean; no swearing; no r-rated movies; no alcohol or drugs; cleans up; and has relatively quiet music. Nothing that would reasonably bother other tenants or myself will be tolerated. Any questions or complaints can be made to me and I will take action. Let me know of any questions you may have. Rooms: 3 good-sized private rooms - $600 a month; The master suite with a private bathroom - $800 a month; + utilities split by renters; these estimate to be $40-100 (Solar mostly covers the electricity). I do not believe in crazy fees. Only a fully refundable deposit of last month's rent will be required upon move-in.
