Not only does this vacation home include upgrades such as a chef’s kitchen, soaker tub, and double garage, it also has an outdoor swimming pool, grill, and patio. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs with stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a kitchen island with a breakfast bar. The sleek living room offers a modern, comfortable environment with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dedicated dining area features a dinner table with seating for 8 and bar-style seating at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, full-length mirror, and chaise, while other bedrooms offer queen and bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The bathrooms are equipped with essential toiletries and a soaker tub in the master ensuite. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage and on the driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings at our property. Only registered guests are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor noise levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Self-check-in is available, and early check-in and late check-out options are subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. A laptop computer is not included.
