This centrally located home is close to local attractions and charming small towns, with easy access to College Station, Navasota, Brenham, Chappell Hill, and Round Top. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. If unauthorized guests stay overnight, a fee of $300 plus $25 per person will be charged. This property is not pet-friendly. Fires are allowed in the firepit only, so long as there is no burn ban in effect. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Events are not allowed on the property. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act.
