Lease Take Over! The current tenant is unable to fulfill the remainder of their lease term and is seeking someone to take over the existing lease. The lease runs through **06/30/2027**, with the option to renew. **IMPORTANT: Lease takeovers must begin on the 1st of the month. No exceptions.** The monthly rent is **$2,080**, which includes a **$20.00 HVAC Filter Delivery Fee**.
