It has an all new bathroom and kitchen including new cabinets, granite countertop and all new appliances including a dishwasher. There is a garage that you could put a smaller car in. It is near the hospitals so you sometimes hear helicopter noise. There is a private fenced back yard with a deck with a chair and sun shade umbrella. Also a front porch with two chairs and a table. One bedroom has a desk and comfortable new office chair. There is a dining room with a table and four chairs. There are ceiling fans in all rooms except one bedroom. A new central HVAC unit was installed when the house was renovated. All utility bills will be paid; gas, electric, internet and trash removal. The only financial obligation to the renter is the indicated monthly rent.
