Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pets enter them as well. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable during quiet hours. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy in shared spaces. Cameras are throughout the complex, and tampering will result in fines. A $50 replacement fee applies for any keys not returned to the lockbox. This rural property may have limited services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. Texas is known for its bugs, but proactive measures are taken to manage this.
