Guests have full access to the shared pool, hot tub, and firepit, along with cornhole and yoga mats upon request. Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day, and pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pet(s) enter them as well. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during which the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use. Before starting any fires, verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County, as igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Please maintain cleanliness and exhibit courtesy towards fellow facility users as there are shared spaces onsite. There are cameras throughout the complex, and fines will be imposed if tampered with. A $50 replacement fee per key will be charged if the hard key is not returned to the lockbox before departure. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. The pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45°F, and it cannot function effectively below 35°F.
