Ideal for cooking and hosting dinners while enjoying the valley view, the villa offers three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for ultimate privacy. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides added comfort and sleeping flexibility. The third floor seamlessly transitions between indoor and outdoor seating areas, complemented by stunning valley views. Guests have full access to the villa and shared amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and firepit. The pool can be heated for a $100 fee per day, and the hot tub is available upon request. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Units 6 and 7 each have one covered parking spot, while all other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Nestled in the scenic Hill Country, Spicewood, Texas, offers a landscape adorned with rolling hills, vineyards, and the peaceful Pedernales River. Las Luces Village is located 2 miles from Luck, TX, an old western town in Willie Nelson's backyard, perfect for a delightful evening with musicians, chefs, and artisans contributing to American roots culture. Additionally, with nearby wedding venues, this collection of luxury villas becomes an ideal location for bridal parties, effortlessly merging natural beauty with captivating attractions for a delightful experience. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Unauthorized events or parties are not permitted, and a period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during these hours. Before starting any fires, verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County, as igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy towards fellow facility users as there are shared spaces onsite. Cameras are present throughout the complex for safety, and tampering with them will result in fines. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Please close doors and windows to prevent insects from entering, and return any keys used to the lockbox to avoid a $50 replacement fee per key.
