Please bring your own firewood for the firepit and wood pellets for the grill, and extinguish all fires after use. The pool and hot tub should be used at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. For safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged for violations. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy in shared spaces, and note that there are cameras throughout the complex for safety. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
