Downtown Austin is just a scenic 45-minute drive away. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $200, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours span from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties are allowed. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. The stairs leading to the loft are steep, so please observe safety and monitor children at all times. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
