The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, and the third floor offers indoor and outdoor seating areas with breathtaking valley views. Guests have full access to the villa and shared amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and firepit. The pool can be heated for a $100 fee per day, and pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Nestled in the picturesque Hill Country, Spicewood, Texas, offers rolling hills, vineyards, and the serene Pedernales River. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and unauthorized events or parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during which the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable. A $500 fine applies for igniting a fire during a burn ban, and pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Please ensure all fires are extinguished after use and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces. Cameras are present for safety, and tampering with them will incur fines. A $50 replacement fee applies for any keys not returned to the lockbox.
