Smoking is not allowed on the premises, with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may increase if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. No pets or parties are allowed. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Please return any fishing rods and pickleball equipment after use. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels, which may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by our partner. Bring your own supplies and use them at your own risk. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
