The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may increase if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Garage is not available. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. There is an exterior camera for security purposes only, and tampering with it may incur fees. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels, which may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by our partner. Bring your own supplies and use them at your own risk. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, but proactive measures are taken to manage this. Please keep all windows and doors closed to help keep them outside. If you experience issues, feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
