EV chargers are available, and free public parking spaces are provided, but please only park in spaces that are NOT reserved and NOT covered parking. Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed on your car to avoid towing. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. There is a strict no-parties and no-smoking rule, and devices are in place to detect these activities. Tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200.
