Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Well-known for its champion bass fishing, sailing, camping, and hiking, Sherman lives up to its slogan – “classic town, broad horizon.” Highlights include the Sherman Jazz Museum, Kelly Square, 903 Brewers, and Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge. For those interested in exploring Plano, attractions such as The Heritage Farmstead Museum, Downtown Plano, The Interurban Railway Museum, The Shops at Legacy, and Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve are within a 40-minute drive. The property does not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance and are only allowed if house-trained, with a pet cleaning fee applied. The fireplace is currently inoperable. The house is exclusively yours during your stay, with self-check-in available. A laptop computer is not included. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
