Pet cleaning fees apply and pets should be kept off beds and furniture. For those interested in exploring Plano, noteworthy attractions are just a 45-minute drive away. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings on our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Noise levels are monitored to ensure compliance with local ordinances. The cottage is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area that can double as a workspace. A laptop computer is not included.
