Bugs can get into the space due to the Texas climate; regular exterminations are performed, but bugs may still be seen. Guests are required to sign in after booking and upload a government-issued ID for verification. The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy; throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking will result in a $200 fine.
