Step into this beautifully furnished 3-bedroom apartment featuring sleek modern design, a plush queen bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful couches, and in-unit laundry. All bedrooms have bedside lamps. Enjoy natural light, cozy living space, and a peaceful vibe—perfect for extended stays. Centrally located with easy access to shops, dining, and transit. We have a pet limit of 2 pets per reservation and no aggressive breeds are allowed. There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet. A one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is charged. Stretched along the San Antonio River is the famous River Walk, where residents and visitors alike can walk or bike from the San Antonio Zoo to the Witte Museum, the historic Majestic Theatre, the Shops at Rivercenter, the Missions of San Antonio and back again. The city and the surrounding region offer endless opportunities for exploration. Simplicity at the Rim is near San Antonio International, located 12.9 miles or 18 minutes away. This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so only starter toiletries are provided. Please bring your own toiletries when you come. Some properties have scheduled checks for smoke detectors and HVAC filters, and we will notify you in advance if access is needed. In case of urgent repairs, if we cannot reach you within a specified time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation, and the reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed. A refundable key deposit of $35 is required and will be returned when the key is returned. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly in designated areas to maintain cleanliness.
