Central heat. Wall/window acs. Washer/Dryer connections. Vinyl plank (wood look) flooring installed in living & kitchen area, and carpet tiles in bedrooms. Resident pays for their own electricity through CPS Energy. The water bill is divided with next-door duplex based on the number of residents in each apartment and added to rent. A copy of each month's water bill is shared with both tenants and there are no extra fees added. Burglar bars on windows and entry, and security lighting. Parking for one vehicle on concrete pad. Fenced back yard. Near bus line 28. $20 background check fee per adult applicant due when application submitted. Combined monthly family income needs to be close to $2,500 (can accept lower income if large Soc. Sec. check or similar govt. income applies). No recent job starts; normally one year or longer is required on current job. Good credit score not necessary but seeking stable residents with good verifiable residential history--no recent evictions. If there are prior evictions, the security deposit is likely to be much higher than $400.
