This is not a Beverly Hills living arrangement, just utilitarian. *** Rent is 625 all bills paid, and a 300 dollar deposit. Move in is 925 and will be prorated for the following month. *** Parking - Unfortunately parking space is limited to 1 car as property has limited space available. *** NOTE: Tenant will have to provide their own AC unit, we "DO NOT" provide AC units.
