Background & Credit: We look for a clean record-no felonies, no violent misdemeanors, bankruptcies, or evictions and a credit score of 600 or higher. Income: Household income should be at least 3X the monthly rent. Rental History: Good to excellent rental history is a must. Steady employment for at least 2 years with your current employer. Screening: Every adult will go through our application process.
