A separate back building features a shared laundry room with a free washer and dryer, a secured bicycle storage area, and a small climate controlled room suitable as a studio or office. The Standard Lease is 12 months and month-to-month thereafter, and guarantees no rent increases for the first 30 months of rent for tenants who maintain good renter history!
