Up to two pets allowed less than 60 lbs each. *Optional: Pay No Security Deposit! So, to help take some of the burden off of our most qualified tenants, we offer the option to pay $0 Security deposit! If this option is not selected, the deposit is equal to one month's rent. $100 lease signing fee due at lease signing. $60 Application Fee, per applicant over the age of 18 years. Pets Allowed (with breed restrictions): Yes, Up to two pets allowed less than 60 lbs each. No pet fee but there is pet rent of $25 per pet per month. Section 8/Housing Assistance?
