A laundry room with a washer and a dryer is available for your complimentary use. Challenge your friends to a friendly game of pool at the pool table located next to the dinner table. Free parking is available in the 2-car garage. If additional parking space is needed, guests may park on the neighborhood streets as well. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Plenty of body towels are offered for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. To comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home. This device does not record nor store sound data and only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
