We accept dogs, cats and small caged animals. A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a signed Animal Addendum, a $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, a $87.50 Pet Sure Deposit, and a Monthly $25 Pet Rent as specified on the addendum. Small caged animals are also welcome. There is no weight limit, however, we do have the breed restrictions. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.
