The enclosed yard provides a safe space for kids and pets to play. Guests must purchase their own propane tank for the BBQ grill and fire pit. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required, which is the same as the regular cleaning fee. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, but guests are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.
