The living room has a smart TV and a large comfortable sleeper sofa. Amenities include a private pool, an outdoor shower, beach supplies and toys, a Weber propane grill, and corn hole. An EV charger is available. The private pool can be heated upon request with 24-hour notice prior to check-in. The beach is just two blocks away. Nearby attractions include Mustang Island State Park, the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail, Aransas Pass Light Station (Lydia Ann Lighthouse), and Amos Rehabilitation Keep (ARK). There are plenty of spots for fishing, kayaking, and other water activities. Nearby restaurants include Tortuga's Saltwater Grill, FINS Grill and Icehouse, Trout Street Bar & Grill, Venetian Hot Plate, La Playa Mexican Grille, and San Juan Restaurant. There is an exterior camera installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking is available for a maximum of 3 cars; no boat or trailer parking is allowed in the Sandcastle Cove community. No pets are allowed, and violators will be asked to leave without a refund and charged a $500 clean-up fee. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside or outside this property, and there is a $500 charge if evidence of smoking exists. No loud music or parties outside between 10 PM-7 AM per city ordinance. Please be respectful of your neighbors, as any violators will be asked to leave without a refund. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable, and service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements. Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes, and properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Port Aransas is constantly evolving with ongoing construction, building projects, and community improvements.
