Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Parking is available for 3 cars with 1 inside the garage and 2 in the driveway. No parking is available on the street. Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise levels low, especially during evening hours. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking or vaping inside the unit is prohibited and will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee. Check-out time is 10 AM, and unauthorized late checkouts will incur additional fees. The fireplace is wood burning and requires prior written approval for use. Please do not leave the front door unlocked or open at any time, as a violation fee of $150 will apply.
