Free parking is available, with a double garage and space on the driveway. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests, with each additional guest incurring a $29/night fee. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations.
