Pets should be discussed in advance and kept off beds and furniture; pet cleaning fees apply. The nightly rate includes the first six guests and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. The fireplace is wood burning and for safety reasons, wood is not provided and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval.
